WHAT MAKES ME A PROGRESSIVE PRINCIPAL
“A little bit of encouragement can make a lot of difference between giving up or going on”. I believe in the fact that even the brightest lamp needs a match stick. The title progressive principal of India for the year 2017, will fuel the lamp in me to add brightness to this ever bright field.

The first part of the title ‘PROGRESSIVE’ is enough to bring in all the inputs to enhance my mission and vision in this noblest field.
LEARNING BY DOING
I constantly update myself and I encourage peer learning for I strongly advocate the universal theory, “What you hear disappears, What you see, stays for a while and What you do, stays forever”.
INTEGRATED CURRICULUM
Integrity is the zing thing I excel through my plans. I listen to the difficulties of my faculty, find solutions together and take a resolution to convert the energy into a synergy.

Yes to a certain extent certainly.”He who knows to obey, know to command” being my forte.
PROBLEM SOLVING & CRITICAL THINKING AMIDST THE FACULTY
Every problem has a solution. I chase the solution rather than being worried about the problem. The breakthrough technology has not only helped me to come out of critical situation but also enhanced my creative thinking.
GROUP WORK AND DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL SKILLS AMIDST THE FACULTY
My concept is exchanging a rupee for a rupee, each have one rupee, but exchange an idea for ideas, we have two ideas each. This has helped me in my travel, to reach the destination called ‘Group Work’.
UNDERSTANDING & ACTION BASED LEARNING
Memory magic doesn’t serve any logic. I make my students to put on their thinking caps in the framing of questions, designing the methodology. I pass on the same to my faculty who transform the trials into triumphs.
COLLABORATIVE & COOPERATIVE LEARNING PROJECTS FOR FACULTY DEVELOPMENT
Apart from microteaching, quest filled questionnaires etc, I always have a surprise package with the mission, ’working together works’.
EDUCATION ACCENTUATING SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND SAFEGUARDING DEMOCRACY
I believe this concept to the bosom. My students and staff come to me, they are never sent. Be it helping the poor, or standing up for a social cause, we are free and fair as we have the flair.
DESIGN & DELIVERY OF A LEARNING ECOSYSTEM WHEREBY HIGHLY PERSONALIZED LEARNING ACCOUNTING IS DONE FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL’S PERSONAL GOALS
To be frank, we prefer efforts which will take us towards achieving the goal. We also set a new goal after reaching the old one. I kindle the inborn instinct in every individual, who feel their responsibility by initiating their response and ability.

Service is the heart and the effort I put in towards it, is my heart beat. These continuous efforts are visualized through my prefectorial body, V-Care clubs to name a fuel.

The meetings I attend officially brings in the input of this subject content. I always emphasize, never be content with the given subject content. The magic mantra is improvise, innovate the future needs. I stand for a regionally local via Globally National theme. For me, what is not there in India is nowhere!

As a captain of the ship, in all my workshops and personality development programme I stress the need of lifelong learning. My adage is “Every man is a volume, If you know how to read him”. I take all necessary steps in converting my dictionary in to an encyclopedia.

Continuous and Comprehensive Appreciation can make even a ‘Raw’ Material in to a valuable ‘Raw Material’. I believe in every chalk piece can create a masterpiece it proper platform is laid. All that is needed from the Principal’s desk is “Walk your talk and talk you walk” attitude.
