LEARNING BY DOING
Each class, in each subject has selected topics to be taught through hands on activities. Project based and problem based assessments have activities which enable learning step by step.
INTEGRATED CURRICULUM
Collaborative meeting of each Grade helps teachers to design integrated themes, projects and problems. Development of Multidisciplinary Projects is also a part of this striving.
INTEGRATION OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP INTO EDUCATION THROUGH FACULTY
Young Entrepreneurship Club is functioning in the school. Students are be given tasks on creating product promotion and sales. Organizing events for students, parents and other members of society is a part of this drive.
PROBLEM SOLVING & CRITICAL THINKING AMIDST THE FACULTY
Faculty Training sessions are given proper emphasis on Problem Solving and Critical Thinking. Demo Games for Problem Solving and Critical Thinking are also conducted.
GROUP WORK AND DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL SKILLS AMIDST THE FACULTY
Collaborative meeting, Training on Team building, Team stress releasing games are conducted for Faculty for developing Group work. Public speaking programmes and Society reach out programmes are organised.
UNDERSTANDING & ACTION BASED LEARNING
Projects and Problems are given to students with corresponding Hands on Activities and real time examples either directly or through videos.
COLLABORATIVE & COOPERATIVE LEARNING PROJECTS FOR FACULTY DEVELOPMENT
Two collaborative meetings of faculties facilitating one class will be conducted. Integrated projects and problems will be developed from multi disciplines.
EDUCATION ACCENTUATING SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND SAFEGUARDING DEMOCRACY
Education helps one to understand responsibilities of a citizen. Rights of one citizen and practices of democracy. We practice various clubs functioning in democratic way which enhances Public expression.
INTEGRATION OF COMMUNITY SERVICE AND SERVICE LEARNING PROJECTS INTO THE DAILY CURRICULUM
Community service was integrated to the learning projects by “Cleaning the Public Places”. It helped to develop service mind in students and instilled the values of equality and service. They learned about the responsibilities of People to keep the Public places clean (Social Science),Dangers of Pollution (Science).
FUTURISTIC SELECTION OF SUBJECT CONTENT
Future society need to have a blend of National and Global outlook, something which I try to blend in our academic programmes.
LIFELONG LEARNING AND SOCIAL SKILLS OF FACULTY MEMBERS
Training camps are conducted for teachers. Special investigative projects are done by teachers to ensure social skills are improved. Each period has a special time slot to dedicate to any one life skill development.
FACULTY ASSESSMENT & EVALUATION OF THEIR INNOVATIVE PROJECTS & PRODUCTIONS
Teachers plan the projects which are verified & evaluated by the Heads of the department. The progress of various stages in projects are assessed and further changes are directed.
PERSONAL PHILOSOPHY TO FACULTY EMPOWERMENT
Faculty Empowerment is a continuous process. Various needs of teaching learning and changes in students should be catered to the teachers.
