I am an extremely well-qualified educationist and a dynamic teaching professional with over 14 years of operational experience in the management of Academic administration, Operations Management and Teaching in leading K-12 schools & educational institutions. I have accomplished providing leadership for development, implementation and evaluation of comprehensive educational developmental programs.
I have been very capable in leading, managing & monitoring the development of core curriculum areas and ensuring that all understudies are encouraged to develop their full intellectual potential. I am also distinguished for contributing to literary work published for Management students. Presently, I am associated with the SCAD WORLD SCHOOL, as a Principal.

I have the proven expertise in providing an educational atmosphere, where students have the opportunity to fulfil their full potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, spiritual and psychological growth. I possesses very effective interpersonal skills which are a great asset when I works with students, parents, teachers, support staff as well as government agencies, members of the industry and various community groups.
I have exhibited great excellence in effectively handling and providing effective administrative solutions to assure continued success in achieving academic goals and the comprehensive development of the student community. I have a proven and successful track record of demonstrating self- motivation, entrepreneurial ability, creativity, and the initiative to achieve academic goals through the application of innovative solutions.
I am a firm team person and believe in people evolution through effective academic, functional, soft skills and cross functional coaching/training for a comprehensive development of students with the objective of preparing and engendering in them, the capabilities to handle greater responsibilities.
