I am inspired by Reggio Emilia Method which is Environment based learning, Research based learning and Practical based Learning. I am Creating Awareness about the Quality Education so that children might become a Global Citizen.
INTEGRATED CURRICULUM
School combines the best academics, sports and other activities. Providing conditions for Young Scholars to script their own success stories. Setting their own goals and pursuing them with faculty guidance. House parents, Tutors and Faculty living In the Campus provide Emotional Security, Guidance and Comfort.
INTEGRATION OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP INTO EDUCATION THROUGH FACULTY
A teacher is much more than a source of wisdom and knowledge. He is a Leader, motivator, friend and a guide, role model and mentor. Truly effective in leading by example. Well planned curriculum as per NCF. Project work classes for NTSE, KYPY, IIT and NEET providing an opportunity to apply, integrate and refine knowledge.
PROBLEM SOLVING & CRITICAL THINKING AMIDST THE FACULTY
I update our Faculty Members time to time and at every step with advance and modern technologies. If you will not feed the teacher they will eat the student so development of all life skills is emphasized upon. Problem solving & critical thinking is being done on regular basis.
GROUP WORK AND DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL SKILLS AMIDST THE FACULTY
Under the guidance of Principal, School Students visit Old Age Homes, Orphanage Homes and distribute them seasonal clothes and eatables. School students actively participate in Clean Narmada Project.
UNDERSTANDING & ACTION BASED LEARNING
The teaching ability and efficiency at our school has not only proved mettle through board results and produced hundreds of Doctors and Engineers but has also bagged honours at National and International Science Exhibitions several times In the past. Apart from teaching, we have had a special flair for para-academic activities and that takes my school teachers & students away from rote learning & move towards introducing understanding & action based learning.
COLLABORATIVE & COOPERATIVE LEARNING PROJECTS FOR FACULTY DEVELOPMENT
Providing ample opportunities to the faculty to explore themselves in various fields remain my focus. Cooperative Learning & Project Based Learning are an integral part of my school as these are the tools to bring all the standards at same platform.

Being simple and honest person, I believe that success can be achieved through sincere hard work. I never run away from any social responsibility because I am a Teacher who is responsible for all types of professions.

INTEGRATION OF COMMUNITY SERVICE AND SERVICE LEARNING PROJECTS INTO THE DAILY CURRICULUM
School Students visit Old Age Homes and Orphanage Homes on regular intervals and distributing them seasonal clothes and eatables. School students participate in clean Narmada Project. We have adopted two nearby villages, Pindrai & Kungwan and about 100 Students of BPL Parents are being trained & taught In the afternoon in school building by school teachers & students.
FUTURISTIC SELECTION OF SUBJECT CONTENT
I am always ready to introduce and implement new things for enhancing the Lifestyle of Students and Faculty. We redesign the school curriculum as per Local, Regional, National and Global Needs. All 21st Century skills are required In the students as 20% students of today would be 100% citizens of tomorrow.
LIFELONG LEARNING AND SOCIAL SKILLS OF FACULTY MEMBERS
My faculty is In regular habit of ongoing Learning and they are always having short goal & long term tasks with them for which they need to be guided by me on proper interval of time. Regular Emphasis on lifelong learning by training the teachers has been found to be a successful method.
FACULTY ASSESSMENT & EVALUATION OF THEIR INNOVATIVE PROJECTS & PRODUCTIONS
Assessment is being carried out on the performance of Faculty Members for their innovative projects every month that gives a boost/feedback to all the faculties.
PERSONAL PHILOSOPHY TO FACULTY EMPOWERMENT
Creating Leaders is my goal be it a student or Faculty. Principal as a single leader cannot be successful until he is not grooming faculties of responsible leaders.
