INTEGRATED CURRICULUM
Training the teachers with latest research, Integrated lab, developing the basics of teaching for all teachers, making the faculty to attend the workshop across multiple disciplines helps getting integrated curriculum well in place.
INTEGRATION OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP INTO EDUCATION THROUGH FACULTY
Our goal is to develop entrepreneurship among the students and as faculty we make them to learn for life. In Robotics, Children make products and sell in the science exhibition
PROBLEM SOLVING & CRITICAL THINKING AMIDST THE FACULTY
Obviously, it is developing the skills and empowering with the inhouse training
GROUP WORK AND DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL SKILLS AMIDST THE FACULTY
Developing myself by attending workshops, conferences, seminars, presenting papers, in turn training the teachers and my team. Every week I spend some two hours to six hours sessions training my team.
UNDERSTANDING & ACTION BASED LEARNING
No question is based on rote learning. No book based questions are used in assessment. Customized assessment system based on formative and summative. Students writing exams on their own from grade 1 is for correction and not for marks. All assessments are documented along with Periodic feedback & Remedial classes. Data analysis of each student is done.
COLLABORATIVE & COOPERATIVE LEARNING PROJECTS FOR FACULTY DEVELOPMENT
The faculty is made to go through the Cambridge Teaching Course online. Book reading sessions, Team work on sharing the best practices, internal paper presentations among staff members are some of the techniques for faculty development.
EDUCATION ACCENTUATING SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND SAFEGUARDING DEMOCRACY
I believe Education to be the only way to develop social responsibility and safeguard democracy. Or else democracy will be murdered. Very fundamental of opening school is to educate and eradicate illiteracy.
DESIGN & DELIVERY OF A LEARNING ECOSYSTEM WHEREBY HIGHLY PERSONALIZED LEARNING ACCOUNTING IS DONE FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL’S PERSONAL GOALS
With the help of technology we have started to deploy personalized learning using tabs, wiziq, video lessons through digital content, online assessments, flipped classroom method etc.
INTEGRATION OF COMMUNITY SERVICE AND SERVICE LEARNING PROJECTS INTO THE DAILY CURRICULUM
We give charity to local village and take the students along once in a year to conduct surveys of their needs.
FUTURISTIC SELECTION OF SUBJECT CONTENT
We have started to teach coding for grade eight students and three dimension technology for our school along with the creation of Design Thinking studio, Robotics, STEM labs etc.
LIFELONG LEARNING AND SOCIAL SKILLS OF FACULTY MEMBERS
We promote our faculty to be a lifelong learner, a research oriented one who are always open to learn. We expose them to different kinds of environment and keep them updated with latest research, book reading along with a full year in-house training which includes 80 hours of training at the start of the academic year.
FACULTY ASSESSMENT & EVALUATION OF THEIR INNOVATIVE PROJECTS & PRODUCTIONS
We have a three bucket credit points system which monitors and evaluates of whatever they do and every three months self appraisal as well as that by management is done.
PERSONAL PHILOSOPHY TO FACULTY EMPOWERMENT
Thirty percent of fee collection is invested towards faculty empowerment.
